Shipping is charged at a standard rate, regardless of the weight of your parcel.
We use Australia Post for all Australian deliveries, and DHL for all International deliveries.
We aim to ship all orders within 5 business days. The below guide is generally how long it takes Australia Post or DHL to deliver orders after they have been shipped. Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for the delay in parcel delivery due to circumstances affecting the postage companies. Your order will be left in a safe place at your address as determined by our delivery drivers. Please ensure our delivery drivers have safe access to your property. We cannot take responsibility for damaged packages or goods caused by pets once your order has been delivered.
Costs & Delivery Times
Standard shipping for orders within Australia is $10.
For Australian deliveries, we use Australia Post. The below times are from the date of dispatch. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business day from the date of order.

QLD/VIC/SA 3 - 4 business days
WA/TAS/NT 5 - 7 business days
Standard Shipping for order to New Zealand is $15. Orders to New Zealand generally take 4-7 business days from dispatch. For all other international deliveries, standard shipping is $25. Delivery times vary depending on the location but generally takes 7 - 10 business days from dispatch.
International Customs Duties
Sometimes international customs tariffs will be charged when your parcel is delivered. Unfortunately, we have no control over these tariffs and are unable to forecast whether tariffs will be charged on your order. Customs tariffs are the responsibility of the customer purchasing online. It is best to contact your local post office to discuss these charges in advance.
Can I track my order?
Please contact us to confirm your tracking details if you have not received tracking details within 2 business days.
Can I change my delivery address?
No. Once you place your order, it is automatically inputted into our system so updates are not possible. Please take as much care as possible when entering your address.
What if my delivery is delayed or lost?
If you feel as though your parcel has taken longer than you thought to arrive, or if you believe it is lost/missing, please Contact Us. Our team will do its best to get in touch with the courier company to investigate the situation. In some instances, it may be easier for you to get in touch with the courier company if you know the tracking details. However, our goal will be to ensure you receive the items you paid for.
If a delivery driver deems the address safe, they will use "Safe Drop" to leave the parcel. If you think this may be an issue, please contact us as soon as your order is placed so we can make a note that a signature is required.
Can I Have My Order Delivered to a Different Address from my billing address?
Yes. Simply add an additional address during checkout.
Different Stock Availability - If you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready.
Despatching of Orders- Although we try to process and despatch your order on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:
- Pre-Orders - Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will despatched in the period specified on the website
- Payment Card Checks - Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your payment card which could delay your order. This is to reduce the risk of fraud.
IN-VENUE ORDER COLLECTION
Can I pick up my order from the stadium?
Yes, we offer an order collection service during game day. For your convenience, we offer an in-venue order collection service. All you need to do is place your order 72 business hours prior to the match you are attending and select from one of two collection options:
- In-Seat Delivery - provide your exact seat details and we will deliver your order straight to your seat within the first 10 overs of your selected match.
- Click & Collect Delivery - collect your order any time during the game from our main merchandise store
When collecting your order, please ensure that you have a copy of your order confirmation email, proof of ID and also the bank card which you used to place the order.
Please note that orders not collected at the event selected will be refunded within 10 working days and the stock will no longer be held or guaranteed.
