We are committed to providing you with a simple return process. Here are our simple rules of return:
You have 30 days from purchase to return your item(s) back to our warehouse.
Items were not Final Sale at the time of purchase.
Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition
Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
All returns must be accompanied by a completed Returns Form (link below). The ICC T20 World Cup Shop does not cover return shipping costs or services. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service to post with as goods remain the property of the customer until received into our facility. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 14 business days from receipt, unfortunately we are not able to issue store credits. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges to customers. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.
To get a replacement product, please return your original item (see “Returns”) and then place a new online order for the new item. By placing a new order immediately, your new product will arrive much faster. Alternatively, you may wait until after your refund is processed (i.e., when your return product is received by our team) to place a new order.
What if my item is damaged or faulty?
